Our Goal, Our Endowment
At the Santa Barbara High School Music Foundation, our mission is to establish a lasting endowment that ensures every student at Santa Barbara High School has access to a vibrant, high-quality music education. We believe music is more than a class—it’s a transformative force that nurtures creativity, confidence, and community connection.
By investing in this foundation, we aim to change the trajectory of young lives and enrich the cultural fabric of our school and city for generations to come.
The 2024-2025 Annual Campaign goal is to raise at least $100,000 through generous donations from parents, private supporters, fundraising events and grants from philanthropic organizations.

We fund the essential needs of the SBHS music program—everything from transportation to performances, instrument repairs, extracurricular enrichment opportunities, and more. Our goal is to ensure that students and teachers have the tools they need to thrive.

Music should be available to every student, regardless of financial background. We help cover uniforms, travel meals and lodging, and participation fees so that all students have the opportunity to experience the joy of music.
